摘要:在企业战略实现过程中,多数企业会寻求外部第三方专业机构进行支持和协助,包括培训、咨询、顾问和教练等方式。在诸多第三方协助企业战略实现过程中,不同方式产生不同的价值,对企业战略实现也起到不同的作用。私董陪跑模型的提出时间为2016年,由殷海江博士在从事私人董事会2年的实践后提出。其核心理念是围绕企业战略实现为核心目标,借助一对一教练、团队教练和组织教练的方式。创新的整合私董陪跑模型,经过三年实践后,于2019年3月将该模型申请中国国家知识产权并成功。私董陪跑模型由教练团队入驻企业,采取私董陪跑五步曲,即CEO使命发现、基于愿景的战略规划、战略实现关键任务梳理、盘点并匹配战略实现团队、陪跑战略实现关键任务,从而完成企业的战略实现工作。从2019年开始,截止2022年年底,殷海江博士借助私董陪跑模型,助力一家年营收近2亿元的零售企业在新冠疫情背景下逆势增长,取得战略转型成功。私董陪跑模式属于全球创新,也是唯一将一对一教练、团队教练和组织教练融为一体的教练模型。虽然从发现并建模再到实践,只有6年的时间,但是该模型助力企业战略实现的有效性达到100%,值得研究和推广。【更多...】

Abstract: During the process of implementing business strategy, many companies seek support and assistance from external third-party professional institutions, including training, consulting, advising, and coaching services. Various third-party methods contribute different values to a company's strategic goals, each playing unique roles in achieving them. The Private Board Coaching Model, introduced by Dr. Yin Haijiang in 2016 after two years of private board practice, focuses on strategy implementation through one-on-one coaching, team coaching, and organizational coaching. This innovative, integrated model, known as the Private Board Coaching Model, was formally registered with China’s National Intellectual Property Office in March 2019 after three years of practice. In this model, a coaching team is embedded within the client company, following a structured five-step approach: (1) identifying the CEO’s mission, (2) vision-based strategic planning, (3) outlining key tasks for strategic execution, (4) assessing and aligning the strategy implementation team, and (5) coaching through key tasks to achieve strategic goals. Starting from 2019 and continuing through the end of 2022, Dr. Yin used this model to guide a retail company with an annual revenue of nearly 200 million yuan to successfully pivot its strategy and achieve growth despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Private Board Coaching Model stands as a globally unique innovation, integrating one-on-one, team, and organizational coaching into a single framework. Although it has only been six years from discovery to modeling and practice, the model has proven 100% effective in assisting companies with strategic implementation, making it worthy of study and wider application.【More...】
