Yina Liao, Master's degree in Market Economy, is the founder of Guangzhou Virtue & Genius Enterprise Management Consulting Co.,LTD and a member of the Career Intelligence Public Welfare Council. She entered the workforce in 1993 and has served foreign, state-owned, and private enterprises in various industries. She has rich cross functional experience in human resources, internal control, marketing, investment management, and more. She started studying coaching and imagery counseling in 2011, and was certified as a PCC coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2019, with over 2500 hours of deep inner development coaching experience; Over 10 years of deep self-awareness experience, and certified as a Chinese imagery dialogue therapy psychological counselor in 2016. She has completed the coaching supervision program at the British Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA) in 2023 and hope to support the deep growth of coaches through professional supervision.
