Welcome to original articles based on high-quality interviews, which can cover insights into the impact of coaches on organizational development, experience sharing in the implementation of corporate strategies, and key insights into coaching career development. This column aims to provide readers with unique industry insights through vivid stories and inspiring perspectives. Content suitable for submission: in-depth interviews, analysis of industry experts' perspectives, discussions and reflections on cutting-edge issues.
- Theoretical Research: Committed to promoting the academic forefront of coaching and strategic management, this column focuses on publishing high-level theoretical research and empirical analysis. We encourage the author to explore in depth the role mechanism, effectiveness evaluation, and related theoretical models of coaches in strategic execution from multidisciplinary perspectives such as management, psychology, and sociology. Research methods can be quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods, but emphasis should be placed on academic, original, and scientific rigor. Suitable content for submission: theoretical model construction, empirical research report, literature review, interdisciplinary research results, etc.
- Practical Exploration: This column focuses on in-depth analysis of coaching practice cases and exploration of innovative applications, aiming to showcase the specific practice and real effectiveness of coaching methods in achieving corporate strategy. 收稿范围:作者提交的稿件必须要有较详细的题目、摘要和关键词,这些稿件会经过严格公平的同行评审,编辑会在收到评审结果后一周内给予作者是否被录用的答复。录用的稿件将由澳门科技出版社高质量出版。论文一经刊登出版,我们会于第一时间给您寄送样刊。原稿论文或者评论文章是有关但不限于以下领域:

Scope of Submission: The manuscript submitted by the author must have a detailed title, abstract, and keywords. These manuscripts will undergo strict and fair peer review, and the editor will give the author a response on whether they have been accepted within one week after receiving the review results. The accepted manuscript will be published with high quality by Macau Science and Technology Press. Once the paper is published, we will send you a sample issue as soon as possible. The original manuscript or review article is related to, but not limited to, the following fields:
- Management: Welcome to explore the application and effectiveness of coaching methods in strategic execution, leadership enhancement, team collaboration optimization, and organizational change. Focus on coach intervention, corporate culture construction, and innovation management in achieving corporate strategic goals, and particularly encourage research results that combine theory with practice.
- Coaching: Focusing on the theoretical development and practical innovation of coaching, covering the development and application research of coaching modes, tools, and techniques. Encourage discussions on the adaptability of coaches in multicultural environments, the role of coaches in corporate strategic transformation, and the construction of professional ethics and training systems.
- Psychology: Articles in the field of psychology can explore the impact of coaches on mental health, emotional management, behavior change, or analyze psychological mechanisms in individual cognition, team dynamics, and group decision-making. We warmly welcome research that combines theories such as positive psychology with coaching practice.
- Philosophy: Focus on exploring the philosophical foundations and values in coaching practice, including ethical dilemmas, belief systems, and meaning shaping. Special welcome to explore the contributions of coaches to leadership philosophy, corporate social responsibility, and value orientation in organizational development.
