Abstract: When it comes to the mission and vision of the magazine, Dr. Yin said that the core mission of the magazine is to "consolidate the best practices of coaching in China". It is hoped that through the form of journal articles, excellent practice cases of Chinese coaches will be deeply explored and sorted out, thus providing strong support for Chinese coaches to step onto the global stage. Meanwhile, the magazine is also committed to becoming a base and platform for the best practices of Chinese coaches, enabling more coaches to share and learn here and jointly promote the development of the coaching cause in China.
