Abstract: This is a true story, but not a perfect case. How to see deep surges on the silent water surface and how to stimulate organizational potential in adversity are the concerns of many coaches. I believe that the system is the soil for the development of leadership. Starting from the larger system background of the organization where the client is located, to the landing of each key battle, there is the endogenous power and organizational wisdom of the leader in between, and the coach is the catalyst for promoting positive transformation of the client..
