Abstract: Employees like to skip the airborne supervisor and report directly to the boss. What should you do if you are this airborne supervisor? Old minister always doesn't take the supervisor seriously, is it because he doesn't trust the supervisor, or is he trying to flatter the boss? Does the above situation make you feel familiar?
