本文探讨了导师辅导项目在企业人才发展中的实践和应用。通过Y公司案例,展示了导师与教练结合在培养关键人才中的重要性。导师不仅通过传授知识和经验促进员工成长,还运用教练式沟通技巧激发员工自我觉察与内在动力,从而提升组织绩效。文章强调,导师辅导是一种双向互动的学习关系,在企业日益重视员工发展和个性化需求的环境中发挥了不可替代的作用。

Abstract:
This article explores the application of mentorship programs in corporate talent development. Through the case of Y Company, it demonstrates the significance of combining mentoring and coaching in nurturing key talent. Mentors not only promote employee growth by sharing knowledge and experience but also utilize coaching communication techniques to enhance self-awareness and intrinsic motivation, thereby improving organizational performance. The article emphasizes that mentoring is a reciprocal learning relationship, playing an irreplaceable role as companies increasingly prioritize employee development and personalized support.
