摘 要:
本项目以康巴什区未来学校校园试验田为真实情境,针对植物生长迟缓及土壤板结问题,开展土壤酸碱性测定与分析的跨学科实践探究。项目旨在引导学生掌握土壤pH值的测定方法,理解酸碱度对植物生长的关键影响。教学设计遵循“定性到定量”的科学认知规律,组织学生依次运用酸碱指示剂(石蕊、酚酞)、pH试纸及数字化pH传感器三种手段,对土壤浸出液进行对比分析。通过“采样—处理—测定—研讨”的完整探究流程,学生不仅习得了实验室操作规范与数字化仪器(传感器校准与使用)技能,更在多方法数据差异的分析中培养了严谨的科学思维,树立了保护土壤资源及可持续发展的生态意识。

Abstract:
 Based on the authentic context of the campus experimental field at Kangbashi Future School, this project addresses the issues of stunted plant growth and soil compaction by conducting an interdisciplinary practical inquiry into the determination and analysis of soil acidity and alkalinity. The project aims to guide students in mastering soil pH measurement methods and understanding the critical impact of acidity and alkalinity on plant growth. Following the scientific cognitive progression from “qualitative to quantitative analysis,” the instructional design organizes students to sequentially employ three methods—acid-base indicators (litmus and phenolphthalein), pH test paper, and digital pH sensors—to conduct a comparative analysis of soil extracts. Through the complete inquiry process of “sampling, processing, measurement, and discussion,” students not only acquire standardized laboratory operating procedures and digital instrument skills (such as sensor calibration and usage), but also cultivate rigorous scientific thinking by analyzing data discrepancies among different methods, thereby establishing an ecological awareness of soil resource conservation and sustainable development.
