产教融合背景下“武医融合”型健康服务人才培养模式的创新研究

摘 要：在健康中国战略不断推进、职业教育改革持续深化的大环境下，以传统中医养生理念为基础，结合现代医学技术的“武医融合”教学方式，正成为一种新型的培养健康服务人才的手段。武医融合型健康服务人才的培养还存在很多问题，产教协同育人机制不健全、课程体系不能很好地对接行业实际需要、实践教学资源不足且利用率低、师资队伍专业素养和跨学科综合能力欠缺。这些问题会妨碍人才的培养质量以及社会适应程度，也会影响高等教育目的同经济社会发展实现良好契合的情况出现。本文以产教融合为核心思想，对武医融合型健康服务人才培养存在的主要问题及深层次原因进行深入剖析，从优化培养方案的设计、建立有效的校企合作机制、改变教学方法、加强师资队伍建设等多方面提出具体的建议，以期给健康服务业的高质量发展提供一定的理论基础和实践指导。

Innovative Research on the Training Mode of “Integration of Wushu and Traditional Chinese Medicine” Health Service Talents in the Integration of Production and Education

Abstract: With the dual focus on promoting the national strategy of health in all aspects and deepening the integration of production and education, the need for compound talents in the health service industry is growing daily. The "Integration of Wushu and Traditional Chinese Medicine" is a new type of model that combines traditional Chinese health culture with modern health services and has become one of the main directions for cultivating characteristic health service talents. At present, there are some problems in the cultivation of "Integration of Wushu and Traditional Chinese Medicine" health service talent in China, such as an imperfect coordination mechanism between production and education, a disconnect between the curriculum system and industrial demand, a lack of practical teaching resources, insufficient compound ability of the teaching team, etc., which seriously limits the quality of talent cultivation and industrial adaptability. Given the demands of integrating production and education, this paper examines the actual difficulties and reasons behind the cultivation of "Integration of Wushu and Traditional Chinese Medicine" health service talents, explores an innovative path for the mode of talent cultivation from the perspectives of construction of the cultivation system, innovation in the coordination mechanism of production and education, reform in teaching mode and teacher team construction, etc., with the aim of providing theoretical and practical support for cultvivating compound and applied "Integration of Wushu and Traditional Chinese Medicine" talents suitable for the development of the health service industry, and promoting the high-quality development of the health service industry.
