麦迪逊63号改造项目是一个探索建筑智能化和绿色能源应用的典型案例。为提升建筑改造的能源效率与管理水平,研究结合建筑信息模型(BIM)与能源管理系统(EMS)进行集成创新。采用文献调研与案例分析的方法,深入探讨BIM技术在建筑能源分析、施工过程优化及后期运营维护中的应用,并分析其与能源管理系统在数据整合与实时监测方面的协同作用。结果表明,通过BIM与EMS的有效集成,可以实现能源运行数据的可视化,优化建筑能源使用模式,并提高能源管理的科学性与精准性。同时,该技术集成为建筑节能改造和智能化发展提供了创新路径,具有重要的推广价值和实践意义。研究成果可为未来类似建筑改造项目提供技术支持与参考方向,有助于推动建筑领域的可持续发展。

Abstract:
The Madison No. 63 renovation project serves as a representative case that explores the application of intelligent building technologies and green energy. To enhance the energy efficiency and management level of the building renovation, this study integrates Building Information Modeling (BIM) with the Energy Management System (EMS) for innovative approaches. By employing methods such as literature review and case analysis, the study delves into the applications of BIM technology in building energy analysis, construction process optimization, and post-renovation operation and maintenance. It also analyzes the synergistic effects between BIM and EMS in data integration and real-time monitoring. The results indicate that through the effective integration of BIM and EMS, the visualization of energy operation data can be achieved, the building's energy usage patterns can be optimized, and the scientificity and precision of energy management can be improved. Additionally, this technological integration offers an innovative path for energy-saving renovations and intelligent development in buildings, holding significant promotional value and practical significance. The research findings can provide technical support and reference directions for similar building renovation projects in the future, contributing to the promotion of sustainable development in the construction field.
