摘 要：
长三角生态绿色一体化示范区的协同治理机制的研究是实现新发展理念的重要组成部分。基于长三角地区生态环境问题的影响因素和特性，从公共治理角度构建了一体化示范区的生态绿色协同治理框架并提出治理机制。这是一个具有生态优先，科学决策，多元参与等特点的治理框架。实证研究表明，政策协同、平台协同等方式是解决跨区域环境问题的有效途径，而信息共享是推动协同治理的核心驱动力。此外，聚焦在地方层面，实行以市县为主体的环保绩效管理，以提升生态治理效率也十分重要。该研究对于长三角地区乃至我国全面构建社会主义现代化国家的生态文明建设具有重大参考价值和理论意义。

Abstract:
The study of the synergistic governance mechanism for the Ecological and Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone in the Yangtze River Delta is a vital component in realizing the new development philosophy. Based on the influencing factors and characteristics of ecological and environmental issues in the Yangtze River Delta region, this research constructs an ecological and green synergistic governance framework for the integrated demonstration zone from the perspective of public governance and proposes corresponding governance mechanisms. This framework is characterized by ecological priority, scientific decision-making, and multi-stakeholder participation. Empirical research demonstrates that policy synergy and platform coordination are effective approaches to addressing cross-regional environmental problems, with information sharing serving as the core driving force for promoting synergistic governance. Furthermore, focusing on the local level, implementing environmental performance management primarily at the municipal and county levels is crucial for enhancing ecological governance efficiency. This study holds significant reference value and theoretical implications for the ecological civilization construction in the Yangtze River Delta region and, by extension, for China's comprehensive endeavors in building a socialist modernized country with harmonious human-nature coexistence.
