摘 要:
目前, 制造业面临着由于全球化和数字化带来的巨大挑战. 服务化转型被视为解决这一问题的有效措施. 本研究提出并探讨了数字孪生技术在制造业服务化转型中的嵌入过程和效果。首先,研究人员在对相关文献进行彻底的复审和理论分析基础上,提出一个数字孪生技术嵌入制造业服务化转型的概念模型。然后,通过深度访谈和多案例研究,进一步验证和优化了这一模型。结果显示, 数字孪生技术能有效地嵌入制造业服务化转型过程中,通过构建数字化产品和服务,优化核心业务流程, 提高业务效率和客户满意度,助力制造业完成从产品向服务的转型。并且这种转型并非简单的技术引入,而是需要充分利用数字孪生技术的优势,结合企业的具体情况,进行深度的组织变革和业务创新。最后,研究结果为制造业如何利用数字孪生技术进行服务化转型提供了具体的理论框架和实践指导,同时也为未来的研究提供了新的研究路径和思考角度。

Abstract:
Currently, the manufacturing industry is facing significant challenges brought about by globalization and digitization. Servitization transformation is regarded as an effective measure to address this issue. This study proposes and explores the embedding process and effects of digital twin technology in the servitization transformation of the manufacturing industry. Firstly, based on a thorough review of relevant literature and theoretical analysis, the researchers propose a conceptual model for embedding digital twin technology in the servitization transformation of the manufacturing industry. Subsequently, through in-depth interviews and multi-case studies, this model is further validated and refined. The results indicate that digital twin technology can be effectively embedded in the servitization transformation process of the manufacturing industry. By constructing digital products and services, optimizing core business processes, and enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, it assists the manufacturing industry in completing the transformation from product-centric to service-centric. Moreover, this transformation is not merely about introducing technology but requires leveraging the advantages of digital twin technology in combination with the specific circumstances of enterprises to undertake profound organizational changes and business innovations. Finally, the research findings provide a specific theoretical framework and practical guidance for the manufacturing industry on how to utilize digital twin technology for servitization transformation, while also offering new research paths and perspectives for future studies.
