摘 要:
随着数字经济的快速发展,数据要素已经成为推动经济增长的重要动力,其市场化配置效率的提升,对于实现资源的优化分配具有重要意义。然而,目前数据要素市场化配置的效率测度模型尚存在理论及应用上的不足,有待进一步优化。本研究在综合分析国内外相关文献的基础上,提出对现有效率测度模型进行优化的方法。首先,通过构建基于投入产出理论的数据要素流通模型,归纳数据交易流程及其影响因子;其次,引入模糊数学和边际效益分析工具,建立具有动态调整功能的效率测度模型;最后,通过模拟实验对模型进行验证,选取典型行业的数据市场交易案例进行较为全面的评估。研究结果表明,优化后的模型能够更加精准地反映数据要素市场化配置的效率,尤其是在不同行业、不同规模的数据流通场景中具有更高的适配性和实用性。本文的研究为提升数据要素市场化配置效率提供了新的理论支持和应用参考,能够进一步推动数据资源的高效利用和数字经济的发展。

Abstract:
With the rapid development of the digital economy, data elements have become an important driving force for economic growth, and improving their market-oriented allocation efficiency is significant for optimizing resource distribution. However, there are theoretical and practical shortcomings in the existing efficiency measurement models for the market-oriented allocation of data elements, which need further optimization. This study proposes a method to optimize the current efficiency measurement models based on a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad. Firstly, by constructing a circulation model of data elements based on input-output theory, we summarize the data trading process and its influencing factors; secondly, we introduce fuzzy mathematics and marginal benefit analysis tools to establish an efficiency measurement model with dynamic adjustment capabilities; finally, we validate the model through simulation experiments and conduct a comprehensive evaluation using typical industry data market trading cases. The research results indicate that the optimized model can more accurately reflect the efficiency of market-oriented allocation of data elements, especially in different industries and varying scales of data circulation scenarios, which demonstrates higher adaptability and practicality. This study provides new theoretical support and application references for improving the efficiency of market-oriented allocation of data elements, further promoting the efficient utilization of data resources and the development of the digital economy.
