摘 要：
中国式现代化进程中，文化遗产保护传承是实现文化强国目标、推动习近平文化思想落地的关键领域。从中国式现代化的多维特征出发，文化遗产保护传承具有紧迫性与重要性。然而，当前文化遗产保护传承面临诸多困境，如体制机制不完善导致保护合力不足，人才短缺使专业支撑乏力，传承方式单一难以适应时代变迁，文化遗产保护领域立法分散等。文化遗产保护传承是一项系统工程，应当在完善文化遗产保护传承的体制机制、健全金字塔型法律体系、激发公共参与活力、探索文化遗产传承传播模式等方面持续发力，全方位夯实文化遗产保护传承根基，让其在新时代焕发生机，为中华民族伟大复兴筑牢文化根基，为全球文化多样性与可持续发展贡献中国力量。

Abstract:
The preservation and transmission of cultural heritage are vital to advancing Chinese-style modernization, serving as a cornerstone for building a culturally strong nation and implementing Xi Jinping’s cultural vision. Anchored in the multidimensional nature of Chinese modernization, cultural heritage protection is both urgent and essential. Despite its importance, cultural heritage preservation faces several challenges, including institutional fragmentation, insufficient professional capacity, outdated modes of transmission, and a scattered legal framework. As a complex and long-term endeavor, effective heritage preservation and transmission require continuous efforts to improve governance mechanisms, build a comprehensive legal system, foster public engagement, and develop innovative models of heritage communication. Strengthening these foundations will revitalize cultural heritage in the new era, reinforce the cultural pillars of national rejuvenation, and contribute to global cultural diversity and sustainable development.
