- 文责自负，经本刊审稿确定录用的稿件，作者应当同意《文化法学评论》编辑部在不改变稿件基本观点和实质性内容的前提下，在刊发前对稿件进行文字性修改与格式调整。
- 凡向本刊投稿，如未注明非专有许可，将视为专有许可，本刊对所刊登的稿件拥有专有使用权。本刊刊发的文章将全文被编辑部许可的期刊网和数据库收录，凡在本刊发表的作品如无特殊声明,视为作者已同意将其作品独家代理权授予本刊编辑部，由编辑部统一纳入以上期刊网和数据库，有不同意者，请另投他刊或特别声明。
License Statement: (1) Contributions must be papers that have not been published in official publications or publications in Chinese or foreign languages, or have not been used or disseminated on the Internet or other media. For multiple submissions of a single manuscript, multiple submissions of duplicate content, and repeated submissions of different genres, the manuscript will be treated as rejected. The author's own manuscript will not be accepted in the future. (2) The author promises that the submitted manuscript was actually completed by the author himself, and there is no fraudulent use of other people's names to jointly sign or forge cooperation and division of labor, no use of artificial intelligence technology or equipment for writing, compliance with academic norms, and no intellectual property defects. (3) Our journal implements an anonymous review system for manuscripts, and the editorial department will promptly contact the author after the manuscript is accepted. If the author does not receive notification of the use of the manuscript within three months after sending it out, they may handle it on their own. You can log in to the website of this journal to inquire about the processing status and usage standards of manuscripts. (4) The author shall bear the responsibility for the article. If the manuscript is accepted after review by this journal, the author shall agree to the editorial department of Cultural Law Review to make textual modifications and formatting adjustments to the manuscript before publication, without changing the basic viewpoint and substantive content of the manuscript. (5) Any submission to this journal that does not indicate a non exclusive license will be considered an exclusive license, and this journal has the exclusive right to use the articles published. The articles published in this journal will be fully included in the journal websites and databases authorized by the editorial department. Any work published in this journal, unless otherwise stated, is deemed to have agreed to grant the author's exclusive agency rights to the editorial department of this journal, which will be uniformly included in the above journal websites and databases. If you do not agree, please submit it to another journal or make a special statement.
