Cultural Security: The Integration of Intra-Party Regulations and Cultural Jurisprudence

Abstract: As an important component of party construction, party regulations play a key role in promoting the construction and development of the discipline of cultural law. They clarify the direction of cultural law construction, promote the integration of socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law, and provide strong guarantees for the development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries. The construction of the discipline of cultural law not only helps to promote the prosperity and development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries, but also helps to consolidate ideology and maintain national cultural security. Through in-depth study of party regulations, we can better utilize the important role of cultural law in promoting the construction of a powerful socialist cultural country, providing solid cultural support for realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
