Abstract: Cultural law is the product of the interaction and mutual influence between culture and law, which adjusts the cultural and social relations formed in the field of culture and aims to recognize, protect and realize cultural interests. It is mainly aimed at the specific cultural fields such as cultural industry, cultural market and cultural heritage. Cultural law has both the attribute of mixed public-private law and the attribute of domain jurisprudence. The determination of the scope of cultural law can be considered comprehensively from its fundamental purpose, social relations and social adjustment methods. Given the current situation of scattered and disorganized laws in the cultural field in China, China should adopt the basic law plus a single law model to build a cultural law system, including the basic law of culture, public culture law, cultural industry law, cultural heritage law, cultural market law, cultural communication law, cultural entertainment law and culture and art law.
