随着海上风电产业的快速发展,运维阶段对整体生命周期环境影响的重要性日益凸显。本文针对海上风电运维阶段,构建并优化了生命周期评价(LCA)模型,旨在提高评估的准确性和实用性。采用数据驱动与过程模拟相结合的方法,综合考虑设备维护、零部件更换、物流运输及能源消耗等关键环节,完善了运维过程中资源消耗和排放的计算体系。案例分析表明,优化后的LCA模型能够更细致地反映运维阶段的环境负荷,识别出节能减排潜力显著的环节。该研究为海上风电项目的环境管理提供科学依据,有助于推动绿色运维策略的制定与实施,促进海上风电产业可持续发展。

Abstract:
With the rapid development of the offshore wind power industry, the importance of the operation and maintenance stage on the environmental impact of the overall life cycle has become increasingly prominent. This paper constructs and optimizes the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) model for the operation and maintenance stage of offshore wind power, aiming to improve the accuracy and practicability of the assessment. By adopting the method combining data-driven and process simulation, and comprehensively considering key links such as equipment maintenance, component replacement, logistics transportation and energy consumption, the calculation system of resource consumption and emissions in the operation and maintenance process has been improved. The case analysis shows that the optimized LCA model can reflect the environmental load in the operation and maintenance stage more meticulously and identify the links with significant potential for energy conservation and emission reduction. This research provides a scientific basis for the environmental management of offshore wind power projects, which is conducive to promoting the formulation and implementation of green operation and maintenance strategies and facilitating the sustainable development of the offshore wind power industry.
