摘 要:
当前社会对可持续项目管理人才的需求日益增长,急需要一种能培养出具备可持续思维、专业素质和实践能力的项目管理人才的课程设计.本文基于OBE(OutcomeBased Education, 成果导向教育)理念,对可持续项目管理课程进行设计与研究.首先,分析了项目管理课程现状及存在问题,然后从课程目标设定、课程内容安排、教学方法改革、课程评价体系建设等方面出发,结合OBE理念,形成了一种新的可持续项目管理课程设计框架.为了检验该课程设计的有效性,我们进行了试点实验和教学评估,结果显示:新的课程设计能有效提升学生的专业素养和实践能力,同时也有利于培养他们的可持续思维.通过改革,OBE理念的引入为推动可持续项目管理课程教学改革提供了新的思路,有利于提高课程的实效性和教学质量.这一研究对于其他项目管理相关课程的改革与优化,乃至整个管理教育领域的教学模式创新,都具有参考借鉴意义。

Abstract:
Currently, the demand for sustainable project management talents in society is increasing day by day. There is an urgent need for a curriculum design that can cultivate project management talents with sustainable thinking, professional qualities and practical abilities. This paper designs and studies the sustainable project management course based on the OBE(Outcome-based Education) concept. Firstly, the current situation and existing problems of the project management course were analyzed. Then, starting from aspects such as the setting of course objectives, the arrangement of course content, the reform of teaching methods, and the construction of the course evaluation system, combined with the OBE concept, a new sustainable project management course design framework was formed. To test the effectiveness of this curriculum design, we conducted pilot experiments and teaching evaluations. The results showed that the new curriculum design could effectively enhance students' professional qualities and practical abilities, and was also conducive to cultivating their sustainable thinking. Through the reform, the introduction of the OBE concept provides a new idea for promoting the teaching reform of the sustainable project management course, which is conducive to improving the effectiveness and teaching quality of the course. This research is of reference significance for the reform and optimization of other project management-related courses, as well as for the innovation of teaching models in the entire field of management education.
