互联网技术与教育改革：数字化转型对教育质量的影响

摘 要：互联网普及得很快，教育也被推着往数字化方向走，这几乎是近些年各国教育改革里绕不开的一条线。问题也随之而来：数字化到底能不能把教育质量提上去？本文想做的，就是回到教学现场，看看互联网技术究竟改了什么。文章从几个具体方面切入——教学有没有变得更有效，学生的个性化学习和成绩受了什么影响，师生之间的往来、课堂的管理发生了哪些变化，教育公平这件事又被推动了多少。当然，只讲好处并不客观，基础设施和技术门槛、长期形成的教育观念、数据隐私与安全，还有公平层面可能出现的新问题，都会一并讨论。为了避免停在空泛的判断上，文中用了韩国“智慧课堂”和国内在线教育平台两个例子，看它们在真实学校里跑得怎么样、又卡在哪里。希望这些梳理能给教师、研究者和做政策的人提供一点实在的参考。

IT and Educational Reform: the Impact of Digital Transformation on Educational Quality

Abstract: Internet access has spread fast, and education has been pushed along a digital path in nearly every recent round of reform. A question follows from this: can digitalization actually raise the quality of education, and if so, by how much? Rather than stay at a general level, this paper returns to the classroom and asks what Internet technology has changed in practice. It looks at several concrete dimensions: whether teaching has become more effective, how personalized learning and student achievement have been affected, what has happened to teacher-student interaction and classroom management, and how far educational equity has been advanced. A one-sided account would be misleading, so infrastructure and technical barriers, long-standing educational assumptions, data privacy and security, and possible new equity problems are also discussed. Two cases, South Korea's smart classrooms and online education platforms in China, are used to see how these approaches actually work in schools and where they stall. The aim is to offer teachers, researchers and policy makers a grounded point of reference, together with theoretical support and practical guidance for reform.
