摘 要:
3D打印技术,近些年来,作为产生革命性改变的先进制造技术被广泛关注和应用。在康复医学领域,3D打印技术应用于个性化康复辅具的设计和制作,为康复护理提供前所未有的可能性和优势。本文通过实地调查、文献查阅和专家访谈等方式研究了3D打印技术在个性化康复辅具设计中的护理应用。研究结果显示,3D打印技术能够根据个体的具体情况进行精准设计,制备出贴合患者需求的康复辅具;同时3D打印技术大幅度缩短了康复辅具从设计到制作的周期时间,且多次迭代修改成本低廉,大大提升了康复护理效率;此外,3D打印技术的运用使得康复辅具的形式和样式多样化,从而提高了患者的使用积极性和配合度。该研究洞察了现代技术与传统护理结合的优势,具有实际操作意义和理论参考价值,为今后的护理工作提供了新的视野和思路。

Abstract:
In recent years, 3D printing technology has gained widespread attention and application as an advanced manufacturing technology that brings revolutionary changes. In the field of rehabilitation medicine, 3D printing technology is applied in the design and production of personalized rehabilitation aids, providing unprecedented possibilities and advantages for rehabilitation nursing. This paper investigates the nursing applications of 3D printing technology in personalized rehabilitation aid design through field surveys, literature reviews, and expert interviews. The research results show that 3D printing technology can make precise designs based on individual specifics, producing rehabilitation aids that meet patient needs; at the same time, it significantly shortens the cycle time from design to production of rehabilitation aids, and the costs for multiple iterations are low, greatly enhancing the efficiency of rehabilitation nursing. Furthermore, the use of 3D printing technology diversifies the forms and styles of rehabilitation aids, thus improving patients' willingness to use and comply. This study sheds light on the advantages of combining modern technology with traditional nursing, having practical operational significance and theoretical reference value, and provides new perspectives and ideas for future nursing work.
