摘 要：
随着医学领域的快速发展和科技的进步，护理学科的交叉融合已成为国际护理教育和实践的必然趋势。本研究旨在探索护理学科交叉融合的创新路径，通过文献综述和案例分析方法，深入研究了国内外护理学科融合的现状与发展趋势。研究发现，有效的交叉融合路径包括：1) 建立多学科合作平台，促进不同专业间的知识和技能共享；2) 引入信息技术和人工智能等先进技术，改善护理服务质量和效率；3) 加强职业教育与继续教育，提升护理人员的专业技能和综合素质；4) 强化政策支持与资源配置，激发创新潜力和提升护理服务能力。本研究的结果对于推动护理学科持续创新和提高护理质量具有重要意义。通过上述路径的实施，可以加强护理学科的专业性和综合性，更好地适应医疗健康服务的需求，为病人提供更高质量的护理服务。

Abstract:
With the rapid development of the medical field and advancements in technology, the interdisciplinary integration of nursing has become an inevitable trend in international nursing education and practice. This study aims to explore innovative pathways for the interdisciplinary integration of nursing, using literature review and case analysis methods to delve into the current status and development trends of nursing integration both domestically and internationally. The research finds that effective integration pathways include: 1) Establishing a multidisciplinary cooperation platform to promote knowledge and skill sharing among different specialties; 2) Introducing advanced technologies such as information technology and artificial intelligence to improve the quality and efficiency of nursing services; 3) Enhancing vocational education and continuing education to elevate the professional skills and overall quality of nursing staff; 4) Strengthening policy support and resource allocation to stimulate innovation potential and enhance nursing service capabilities. The results of this study are significant for promoting continuous innovation in the nursing discipline and improving nursing quality. Through the implementation of the above pathways, the professionalism and comprehensiveness of the nursing discipline can be strengthened, better adapting to the demands of medical and health services and providing higher quality nursing care for patients.
