Abstract:
The psychological state of the patient with infectious diseases has a significant impact on the patient's recovery and quality of life. Although nursing interventions can improve patients' mental health to a certain extent, these existing interventions often lack personalized decision support. In order to cope with this situation, this study proposes a data-driven psychological care decision-making model based on multimodal data, which integrates physiological indicators (such as sleep quality and inflammatory factors), psychological scales (anxiety and depression scores) and electronic health records (EHR) to build a relatively complete nursing decision support system. The innovation of the model lies in the creation of an AI-driven, real-time risk assessment system that can recommend personalized psychological interventions based on individual circumstances, including music therapy and family engagement programs. The study used a forward-looking cohort design and deep learning-related techniques, such as convolutional neural networks, to verify the prediction accuracy of the model and its practical application in the clinical setting. Through the systematic integration and analysis of multimodal data, this study hopes to improve the quality of psychological care for patients with infectious diseases, and then provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for achieving more scientific and effective personalized care. The research results will provide new ideas and methods for improving the mental health of patients with infectious diseases, and promote the continuous development of the field of psychological care.
