摘 要:
本文系统梳理新医科背景下护理专业本科生临床能力的研究进展,分析其培养与评价现状,指出机遇与挑战并存。通过对比国内外培养模式和评价体系的差异与经验,反思当前国内在理论与实践衔接、综合能力培养、评价导向等方面存在的不足,并提出应从深化医教协同、加强前沿能力整合、完善“双导师制”、构建智能多元评价体系等方面系统优化护理本科生临床能力培养路径,为新医科背景下护理教育高质量发展提供思路与方向。

Abstract:
This article systematically reviews the research progress on the clinical competence of undergraduate nursing students in the context of New Medicine, analyzes the current status of its cultivation and evaluation, and highlights the coexistence of opportunities and challenges. By comparing differences and experiences in domestic and international training models and evaluation systems, it reflects on the shortcomings in China regarding the integration of theory and practice, comprehensive ability development, and evaluation orientation. It proposes systematic optimization of the clinical competence cultivation pathway for undergraduate nursing students through deepening medical-education collaboration, strengthening integration of cutting-edge abilities, improving the "dual mentor system," and constructing an intelligent and diversified evaluation system. These suggestions aim to provide ideas and directions for the high-quality development of nursing education in the New Medicine era.
