摘 要：
元宇宙作为虚拟与现实融合的数字化经济新生态，近年来发展迅猛，同时也引发了对其经济运行规律与潜在问题的广泛关注。本研究围绕元宇宙经济系统中的价值创造与分配问题展开，试图解析其内在逻辑与可能的悖论。研究方法采用文献综述与案例分析相结合，对元宇宙主要平台的商业模式、技术应用和用户参与行为进行深入剖析，并对其价值链条的运作模式进行结构化建模。研究结果表明，元宇宙经济系统中的价值创造源自用户生成内容（UGC）、数据驱动创新和技术平台的支持，但在价值分配层面却存在平台方与用户之间利益不对等现象：平台方凭借技术和规则掌控对利益分配有着显著主导权，而广大用户的贡献在分配中却处于弱势地位。基于此，本研究提出了调整元宇宙经济系统价值分配机制的建议，包括加强用户权益保障、构建透明分配规则以及引入区块链技术实现去中心化分配，以进一步优化元宇宙经济生态的公平性及可持续性。研究探讨为深入理解元宇宙经济系统的运行逻辑及其实践提供了理论支持，同时为企业与政策制定者指引了在元宇宙中构建健康商业环境的可能路径。

Abstract:
The metaverse, as a new digital economic ecosystem integrating the virtual and the real, has witnessed rapid development in recent years, attracting widespread attention to its economic operation laws and potential issues. This study focuses on the problems of value creation and distribution within the metaverse economic system, attempting to unravel its internal logic and possible paradoxes. By combining literature review with case analysis, the research conducts an in-depth analysis of the business models, technological applications, and user participation behaviors of major metaverse platforms. It also structurally models the operational modes of their value chains. The research findings indicate that value creation in the metaverse economic system originates from user-generated content (UGC), data-driven innovation, and the support of technological platforms. However, at the level of value distribution, there exists an imbalance of interests between platform operators and users: platform operators, leveraging technology and rules, hold significant dominance in benefit distribution, while the contributions of the vast number of users are in a weak position during the distribution process. Based on this, the study proposes suggestions for adjusting the value distribution mechanism in the metaverse economic system, including strengthening the protection of user rights and interests, establishing transparent distribution rules, and introducing blockchain technology to achieve decentralized distribution, so as to further optimize the fairness and sustainability of the metaverse economic ecosystem. The research discussion provides theoretical support for a deeper understanding of the operational logic of the metaverse economic system and its practice, while also guiding enterprises and policymakers towards possible paths for constructing a healthy business environment within the metaverse.
