随着工业互联网的快速发展,平台生态正在成为企业实现持续创新的关键力量。本研究以工业互联网平台为对象,对平台生态中的竞合关系进行深入探讨,并对其动态演化过程进行了理论与实证分析。首先,基于平台理论和生态系统理论,结合实际案例,揭示了平台生态中的竞合关系特性,如多样性、互动性、互赖性等;其次,利用动态系统理论,构建了平台生态竞合关系的动态演化模型,并通过模拟实测了其演化路径。研究结果显示,平台之间的竞争和合作关系可以通过一种动态、迭代的过程逐渐发展和演化,形成一个独特的竞合生态系统,这对于平台之间的竞争和合作关系具有重要的指导意义。最后,基于研究结果,对工业互联网平台的建设与运营、合作伙伴的选择与管理等方面提出了一系列策略建议。这一研究为真实生态系统中的竞合关系演化提供了新的理论观察视角,对于推动工业互联网平台生态的健康发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:
With the rapid development of the industrial Internet, the platform ecosystem is becoming a key force for enterprises to achieve continuous innovation. This study takes the industrial Internet platform as the object, conducts an in-depth exploration of the competitive and cooperative relationship in the platform ecosystem, and conducts theoretical and empirical analyses of its dynamic evolution process. Firstly, based on the platform theory and the ecosystem theory, combined with practical cases, the characteristics of the competitive and cooperative relationship in the platform ecosystem, such as diversity, interactivity, interdependence, etc., are revealed; Secondly, by using the dynamic system theory, a dynamic evolution model of the competitive and cooperative relationship of the platform ecosystem was constructed, and its evolution path was measured through simulation. The research results show that the competitive and cooperative relationships among platforms can gradually develop and evolve through a dynamic and iterative process, forming a unique competitive and cooperative ecosystem, which has important guiding significance for the competitive and cooperative relationships among platforms. Finally, based on the research results, a series of strategic suggestions were put forward for the construction and operation of the industrial Internet platform, the selection and management of partners, etc. This research provides a new theoretical perspective for observing the evolution of competitive and cooperative relationships in real ecosystems, which is of great significance for promoting the healthy development of the industrial Internet platform ecosystem.
