何农跃，东南大学特聘教授，博士生导师。1997年在南京大学获博士学位(物理化学专业)，东南大学生物医学工程和南京医科大学临床医学博士后。东南大学生物电子学国家重点实验室（吴健雄实验室）PI。湖南工业大学客座教授，湖南工业大学医用纳米材料与器件湖南省重点实验室主任；国家重点研发计划《合成生物学》重点专项咨询专家组成员（2019-2024）。目前主要研究方向：功能纳米材料、体外检测试剂和仪器、新肿瘤标志物筛查。2002-2006曾任江苏省人民医院江苏省医学重点学科（实验室）临床生物学诊断和治疗实验室学科/学术骨干。中国生物工程学会生物资源专业委员会副主任、名誉主任；中国医药生物技术协会纳米生物技术分会副主任；中国抗癌协会纳米肿瘤学专委会常务委员。主要研究领域为功能纳米材料的制备、表征和生物医学应用研究；提出了活版印刷生物芯片原位合成新方法，系统提出与发展了基于纳米磁性颗粒的高通量单核苷酸多态性（SNP）和拷贝数变异（CNV）分析技术。带领课题组在国内最早研发了实用化全自动全封闭核酸分析系统。
