摘 要:
随着科学技术的日新月异,个体化医疗服务尤其在肿瘤治疗中的地位逐渐提升。其中,肿瘤精准医疗,就是基于基因组学的技术,通过深入探索患者的基因变异,提出针对性的治疗方案。在《基因组学指导下的肿瘤患者精准用药安全体系研究》一文中,我们首先使用测序技术获得肿瘤患者的全基因组信息,然后通过生物信息学分析,找出致癌基因变异及药物敏感性基因。然后,与已有的药物数据库进行对比,为每一例肿瘤患者提供具体、个性化的给药策略。同时,我们重视药物的疗效与安全性,针对患者的基因型来选择最合适的给药剂量,以达到提高疗效、降低患者药物毒性反应的目的,研发出基于基因组学的精准医疗用药安全体系。研究发现,这个体系能有效地提升药物治疗效果,降低副作用风险,为肿瘤患者提供更为安全、有效的个性化治疗。尤其对多重耐药性肿瘤的治疗有明显效果。这一办法对于理解肿瘤的发展、延续个性化治疗中药物的选用和剂量的确定以及提升肿瘤治疗质量具有指导性的意义。

Abstract:
With the rapid advancement of science and technology, the role of personalized medical services, especially in cancer treatment, has been gradually increasing. Among these, tumor precision medicine is based on genomic technology, which proposes targeted treatment plans by deeply exploring patients' genetic variations. In the article "Study on the Safety System for Precision Medication of Tumor Patients Guided by Genomics," we first obtained the whole genome information of tumor patients using sequencing technology, and then identified oncogenic gene variations and drug sensitivity genes through bioinformatics analysis. We then compared it with existing drug databases to provide each tumor patient with specific and personalized medication strategies. At the same time, we emphasize the efficacy and safety of drugs, selecting the most appropriate dosing based on the patient's genotype to enhance efficacy and reduce the drug's toxic reactions. This research developed a genomic-based precision medicine drug safety system. The study found that this system can effectively improve the effectiveness of drug treatment and reduce the risk of side effects, providing safer and more effective personalized treatments for tumor patients. It is especially effective in the treatment of multidrug-resistant tumors. This approach is of significant guiding significance for understanding tumor development, continuing the selection and dosing of drugs in personalized treatment, and improving the quality of cancer treatment.
