摘 要：
近年来，由于化疗过程中的副作用对患者身心健康产生重大影响，症状群管理在化疗护理中的角色愈加重要，而精准护理被认为是提高效果的有效方式。本研究通过随机对照试验的方式，对精准护理进行了有力的探讨，并应用于化疗患者的症状群管理中。试验对象为化疗病人，试验组采用精准护理方案进行症状群管理，对照组依然按现行普通化疗护理方案进行症状管理。结果表明，采用精准护理的试验组在化疗副作用控制，如疼痛、恶心、疲劳等情况明显优于对照组，且生活质量评分也较对照组有显著提高，说明应用精准护理于化疗患者症状群管理能有效控制化疗副作用，提高化疗患者的生活质量。因此，精准护理在化疗患者的症状群管理中具有明显的优势，并具有良好的推广价值和实践意义。

Abstract:
In recent years, the side effects of chemotherapy have had a significant impact on the physical and mental health of patients, making symptom cluster management increasingly important in chemotherapy care. Precision nursing is considered an effective way to enhance outcomes. This study conducted a robust exploration of precision nursing through a randomized controlled trial and applied it to symptom cluster management in chemotherapy patients. The subjects were chemotherapy patients, with the experimental group utilizing a precision nursing plan for symptom cluster management, while the control group continued with the current standard chemotherapy care plan for symptom management. Results indicated that the experimental group using precision nursing significantly outperformed the control group in managing chemotherapy side effects such as pain, nausea, and fatigue. Additionally, the quality of life scores in the experimental group showed a marked improvement compared to the control group, demonstrating that the application of precision nursing in managing symptom clusters for chemotherapy patients can effectively control chemotherapy side effects and enhance the quality of life for these patients. Therefore, precision nursing shows clear advantages in symptom cluster management for chemotherapy patients and has good promotion value and practical significance.
