Abstract:
This article focuses on an in-depth discussion of the cultivation paths for students' self-management abilities in rural schools. The research results show that currently, students in rural schools generally present a relatively low level in terms of self-management ability, which is specifically manifested in multiple dimensions such as self-care in daily life, study planning, and interpersonal communication. Further analysis reveals that the limitations of the educational environment and the weak links in the family and social support systems are the key factors restricting the development of students' self-management abilities. To effectively enhance students' self-management ability, this study proposes a series of optimization paths, including optimizing the school management mechanism and curriculum setting, establishing a management participation model of teacher-student collaboration, and strengthening the home-school-community linkage mechanism, etc. Specifically, students' participation and self-management capabilities can be enhanced through measures such as establishing student self-governing organizations and implementing project-based learning. At the same time, improve teaching methods and pay attention to the establishment of students' self-evaluation mechanisms and personalized learning support. This research not only holds significant practical value, contributing to the all-round development of students' comprehensive qualities and the realization of educational equity, but also provides theoretical references for subsequent studies. Future research can further expand the research perspective and build a more comprehensive and dynamic support system.
