摘 要:
随着信息技术的快速发展,建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在建筑工程项目管理中的应用日益广泛。本文探讨了BIM技术在建筑工程项目管理的应用现状,分析了其在提高项目协同效率、优化资源配置、降低成本风险等方面的优势,并针对当前应用中存在的问题提出了相应的优化策略。研究结果表明,BIM技术通过实现信息的集成与共享,显著提升了建筑工程项目管理的水平,为建筑行业的可持续发展提供了新的动力。

Abstract:
With the rapid development of information technology, Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology has been increasingly applied in construction project management. This paper explores the current status of BIM technology in construction project management, analyzes its advantages in improving project collaboration efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and reducing cost risks, and proposes corresponding optimization strategies for the existing problems in its application. The research results indicate that BIM technology significantly enhances the level of construction project management by achieving information integration and sharing, providing new impetus for the sustainable development of the construction industry.
