Abstract:
The Jinyi Urban Area, as an important part of Zhejiang, has a large number of micro and small enterprise clusters, so the development of vocational colleges is closely related to the development of these enterprises. The theme of this research is the exploration of the collaborative development model between micro and small enterprise clusters and vocational colleges in the Jinyi Urban Area. Such a development model requires deep interaction and complementary advantages. Therefore, we used in-depth interviews and case studies as research methods to discover a new collaborative development model: First, the micro and small enterprise clusters can provide internship and employment opportunities for vocational college students. Through practical work environments, students can combine their theoretical knowledge with practice, which helps improve their real-world problem-solving abilities and also provides more talent resources for the enterprises. Second, vocational colleges can establish cooperative relationships with micro and small enterprises through technology research and development and talent training, promoting technological innovation in enterprises and enhancing their core competitiveness. Finally, a collaborative innovation system has been established among the government of the Jinyi region, vocational colleges, and micro and small enterprises. This system helps to create a positive development environment for learning, application, and innovation. The development of this model benefits both the micro and small enterprises, enhancing their competitiveness, and supports the development of vocational colleges, improving their ability to serve society. The results of this research can also be promoted to other regions to facilitate the collaborative development between vocational education and micro and small enterprises.
