摘 要：
当前，我国正面临着严峻的人口老龄化问题，银发经济呈现出巨大的发展潜力. 为了满足银发群体的康养需求, 高质量的老年康养服务人才显得尤为关键. 产教融合人才培养模式为此提供了新的解决路径。本文旨在设计适应银发经济下的老年康养服务人才培养体系, 并通过产教融合实践提升其效益. 我们首先分析了银发经济下老年康养服务的需求变化和人才培养的现状，再以此为基础设计了老年康养服务人才的培养目标, 培养内容和培养模式， 并强调了产教融合实践在其中的关键角色. 结果发现, 产教融合能实现学校课程和社会需求的良好衔接，同时也有助于学生实践能力的培养以及理论知识与实践经验的有机融合. 因此, 我们认为产教融合是解决老年康养服务人才短缺问题的有效策略, 该研究成果对于推动我国银发经济的健康发展将具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:
Currently, China is facing a severe aging population problem, and the silver economy shows immense development potential. In order to meet the health care needs of the elderly population, high-quality talents in senior care services are particularly crucial. The integration of industry and education provides a new solution to talent cultivation. This article aims to design a training system for senior care service talents that is suitable for the silver economy, and enhance its effectiveness through practical integration of industry and education. We first analyze the changing demand for elderly care services under the silver economy and the current status of talent cultivation, then based on this, we design the training goals, content, and models for elderly care service talents, and emphasize the key role of practical integration of industry and education. The results found that integration of industry and education can achieve a good connection between school curricula and social needs, while also helping to cultivate students' practical abilities and the organic integration of theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Therefore, we believe that the integration of industry and education is an effective strategy to address the shortage of talents in senior care services. The findings of this study will have important reference value for promoting the healthy development of China's silver economy.
