文旅创意产业与高职教育融合的“苗寨模式”研究

摘 要:
文旅创意产业与高职教育的融合已成为推动地方经济发展和区域文化保护的新理念。以具有鲜明民族特色和文化底蕴的苗寨为研究对象,本研究探索了基于“苗寨模式”的文旅创意产业与高职教育协同发展的理论路径与实践机制。通过采用文献分析、实地调研、案例研究等方法,本研究系统梳理了苗寨文化资源的优势与特色,并分析高职院校在人才培养、创意设计等方面的契合点。研究结果表明,“苗寨模式”以民族文化为依托,结合高职教育的应用实践优势,构建了一种“产业驱动—教育支撑—文化输出”的融合发展模式:文旅创意产业提供实践平台,激发学生创新能力;高职教育输入专业知识与技能,推动产业升级;民族文化与旅游资源得到活化利用,从而促进地方产业的可持续发展。研究进一步指出,苗寨模式的成功在于充分挖掘民族文化的经济价值,同时保证文化传承与保护。此融合模式不仅有助于提升苗寨文旅创意产业的竞争力,还为高职教育培养应用型特色人才开辟了新路径。该研究为民族地区产业与教育协同发展提供了理论参考与实践范例,对推动乡村振兴与文化保护具有重要意义。

Abstract:
The integration of cultural tourism creative industry and higher vocational education has become a new concept to promote local economic development and regional cultural preservation. Focusing on Miao villages, which have distinct national characteristics and cultural heritage, this study explores the theoretical pathways and practical mechanisms for the coordinated development of the cultural tourism creative industry and higher vocational education based on the "Miao Village Model." Using methods such as literature analysis, field research, and case studies, this research systematically sorts out the advantages and characteristics of the cultural resources of Miao villages, and analyzes the intersections of higher vocational colleges in talent cultivation and creative design. The results show that the "Miao Village Model" relies on ethnic culture and combines the practical advantages of higher vocational education to construct a model of integrated development that is "industry-driven – education-supported – cultural output": the cultural tourism creative industry provides practical platforms to stimulate students' innovation abilities; higher vocational education inputs professional knowledge and skills, driving industrial upgrading; and ethnic culture and tourism resources are revitalized and utilized, thereby promoting the sustainable development of local industries. The study further points out that the success of the Miao Village Model lies in fully tapping into the economic value of ethnic culture while ensuring cultural inheritance and protection. This integration model not only helps enhance the competitiveness of the Miao village cultural tourism creative industry but also opens new pathways for higher vocational education to cultivate applied talent with distinctive characteristics. This research provides theoretical references and practical examples for the coordinated development of industry and education in ethnic regions, and has significant implications for promoting rural revitalization and cultural preservation.
