摘 要:
“产教融合“是推动职业教育改革的关键,然而在实践中,诸多“制度性壁垒”常常阻碍这一进程。本文基于对职业教育“产教融合“中存在的“制度性壁垒”如政策法规不完备、人才评价机制不健全、学校管理模式过于僵化等问题的深入理解,构建了一种有效的破解路径分析。首先,通过制定完备的政策法规,为“产教融合”提供明确的制度性指引;其次,改革现行人才评价机制,做到评价体系“以用促教”;再次,打破学校教学管理模式的僵化,推动校企联合、校校合作,使得教师可以进入企业实践、企业可以派人进校授课,形成“工学交替、校企合作”的教学模式。本研究的结果表明,通过以上路径,能够有效破解“制度性壁垒”,推动职业教育“产教融合”的深入进展。研究结果对我国职业教育改革有深远的实践意义并对相关政策的制定提供参考。

Abstract:
"Integration of Industry and Education" is key to promoting vocational education reform. However, in practice, many "institutional barriers" often hinder this process. This article, based on an in-depth understanding of the "institutional barriers" existing in the integration of industry and education in vocational education, such as incomplete policies and regulations, an inadequate talent evaluation mechanism, and overly rigid school management models, constructs an effective path analysis for overcoming these barriers. Firstly, by formulating complete policies and regulations, we can provide clear institutional guidance for the "integration of industry and education"; secondly, reforming the current talent evaluation mechanism to achieve an evaluation system that "promotes education through use"; thirdly, breaking the rigidity of school management models and promoting collaboration between schools and enterprises, allowing teachers to engage in enterprise practice and enabling enterprise staff to teach in schools, thus forming a teaching model of "alternating work and study, collaboration between schools and enterprises". The results of this study show that through the above paths, we can effectively break down "institutional barriers" and promote the deeper integration of industry and education in vocational education. The findings have far-reaching practical significance for vocational education reform in China and provide references for related policy formulation.
