长三角区域产教联合体建设的协同创新机制研究

摘 要:
长三角区域产教联合体建设是当前我国深化新时代职业教育改革的重要内容。本研究以长三角区域中的产教联合体为研究对象,采用文献分析法和实地调查法,阐述了产教联合体的构成和运行机制,并研究了其在推动区域经济协同创新中的作用。研究发现,产教联合体通过打通产学研全链条,实行产学研一体化,实现了教育资源、创新资源、人才资源的优化配置,有效提升了区域经济发展的协同创新能力。长三角区域通过建立起完整的产教联合体协同创新机制,不仅实现了区域内教育、经济的深度融合,还带动了区域内的科学研究和技术创新。然而,同时我们发现, 仍存在着产教联合体运行过程中的一些问题,诸如创新资源配置不均、企业参与度低等问题。对此,建议要进一步厚植产教联合体建设的软硬环境、深化职业教育改革,以便更好地服务于长三角区域产教联合体建设,推动区域经济的高质量发展。本研究结果有助于我们更好地理解产教联合体在区域协同创新中的作用和未来发展趋势,对相关政策制定具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:
The construction of industry-education alliances in the Yangtze River Delta region is an important aspect of deepening the reform of vocational education in China's new era. This study focuses on the industry-education alliances in the Yangtze River Delta region, utilizing literature analysis and field surveys to elaborate on the composition and operational mechanism of industry-education alliances, and examines their role in promoting regional economic collaborative innovation. The research finds that industry-education alliances facilitate the unification of the entire chain of production, education, and research, achieving an integrated model that optimizes the allocation of educational resources, innovation resources, and talent resources, thereby effectively enhancing the collaborative innovation capability of regional economic development. By establishing a complete collaborative innovation mechanism for industry-education alliances, the Yangtze River Delta region has not only achieved a deep integration of education and economy within the region but also stimulated scientific research and technological innovation. However, we also discovered some issues in the operational process of the industry-education alliances, such as uneven allocation of innovation resources and low participation of enterprises. In response, it is recommended to further enhance the soft and hard environment for the construction of industry-education alliances and deepen vocational education reform to better serve the construction of industry-education alliances in the Yangtze River Delta region and promote high-quality regional economic development. The findings of this study contribute to a better understanding of the role of industry-education alliances in regional collaborative innovation and future development trends, and have certain reference value for relevant policy formulation.
