高职院校作为应用型人才培养的重要阵地,其科研成果转化教学实践是提升教育质量的重要途径。然而,实际运作中科研反哺教学的过程存在诸多机制性障碍。本研究从理论和实践层面出发,首先剖析了高职院校科研反哺教学功能发挥不足的主要机制障碍,包括科研与教学目标错位、教师科研能力与实践教学需求匹配度不足、科研成果转化难度较大以及院校缺乏系统性的组织协调机制等。随后,通过问卷调研和典型案例分析方法,梳理了相关问题的现状及影响因素,并探讨了破解这些障碍的突破策略。研究提出了应通过构建以教学为导向的科研评价体系、强化教师科研与教学的协同能力培养、建立核心技术转化教学的支撑系统,以及推动多主体合作机制以实现科研资源的开放共享等举措,促进科研成果有效地融入教学实践。研究结果为高职院校的教学改革提供了理论支持与实践指导,对提升应用型人才的培养质量具有积极意义。

Abstract:
As an important base for cultivating applied talents, vocational colleges' transformation of research achievements into teaching practice is a vital way to improve educational quality. However, in practice, there are many systemic barriers in the process of research feeding back into teaching. This study begins with both theoretical and practical perspectives, first analyzing the main mechanical barriers that lead to insufficient functioning of research feeding back into teaching in vocational colleges, including the misalignment of research and teaching goals, the inadequate match between teachers' research capabilities and practical teaching needs, the difficulties in converting research outcomes, and the lack of a systematic organizational coordination mechanism in schools. Subsequently, through questionnaire surveys and typical case analyses, the study outlines the current status and influencing factors of the related issues and discusses breakthrough strategies to overcome these barriers. The study suggests measures to promote the effective integration of research outcomes into teaching practice, such as building a teaching-oriented research evaluation system, strengthening the collaborative capability training of teachers in research and teaching, establishing a support system for converting core technologies into teaching, and promoting a multi-entity cooperation mechanism for the open sharing of research resources. The results of the study provide theoretical support and practical guidance for teaching reform in vocational colleges and have positive significance for enhancing the quality of applied talent cultivation.
