摘 要：
为了推动西部地区经济与教育的协同发展，产教融合示范区建设成为实现教育服务产业发展、产业促进教育提升的重要路径。本文以陕西汽车产业作为典型案例，探讨其作为西部地区产教融合示范区的建设路径。首先，分析了当前西部地区经济结构、产业资源及产教融合发展现状，揭示了资源整合不足、协同效率低等问题。其次，结合陕西汽车产业特点，通过对企业需求、人才供给及行业技术发展趋势的调研与分析，提出了示范区建设的关键要素和实施路径，包括政策协调机制、校企合作平台建设、人才培养模式创新及区域技术共享体系构建等措施。研究表明，将产业链与教育链深度融合，不仅能够促进人才的高质量供给，还能够赋能汽车产业技术升级，提高区域经济竞争力。最后，本文总结了产教融合示范区建设对推动区域经济与教育发展的实践意义，并为西部其他地区相关产业的产教融合提供了具体的借鉴和参考。

Abstract:
In order to promote the coordinated development of economy and education in the western region, the construction of industry-education integration demonstration zones has become an important path to achieve education services for industrial development and industrial promotion for educational enhancement. This paper takes the Shaanxi automobile industry as a typical case to explore the construction path of an industry-education integration demonstration zone in the western region. First, it analyzes the current economic structure, industrial resources, and the status of industry-education integration development in the western region, revealing issues such as insufficient resource integration and low synergy efficiency. Secondly, combining the characteristics of the Shaanxi automobile industry, this paper proposes key elements and implementation paths for the construction of the demonstration zone through research and analysis of enterprise needs, talent supply, and industry technology development trends, including policy coordination mechanisms, school-enterprise cooperation platform construction, innovation in talent training models, and the establishment of a regional technology sharing system. The study shows that deeply integrating the industrial chain with the education chain can not only promote the high-quality supply of talent but also empower the technological upgrading of the automobile industry and enhance regional economic competitiveness. Finally, this paper summarizes the practical significance of constructing industry-education integration demonstration zones in promoting regional economic and educational development and provides specific references for the integration of industry and education in related industries in other regions of the west.
