中小学创新素养培育的“私人定制”模式探索——以分层课程设计为例

摘 要:
随着教育现代化的推进,创新素养的培育成为中小学教育的重要目标。本文以分层课程设计为例,探讨了中小学创新素养培育的“私人定制”模式。研究采用了案例研究法,通过对多个分层课程设计的实践案例进行深度解析,分析了该模式对创新素养培育的影响。研  究发现,分层课程设计能够充分考虑学生的个体差异,实现教育教学的个性化,有利于创新能力的培养。同时,课程设计中的项目实践环节,能够锻炼学生的团队协作和实践能力,也对学生的创新素养培育起到了积极的推动作用。因此,“私人定制”模式不仅有利于形成更加公平的教育环境,也有利于中小学生创新素养的全面发展。本文所提出的研究成果为中小学创新素养培育的教学模式研究提供了新的理论和实践参考。

Abstract:
With the advancement of educational modernization, the cultivation of innovative literacy has become an important objective in primary and secondary education. This paper takes tiered curriculum design as an example to explore the "personalized customization" model for cultivating innovative literacy in primary and secondary schools. The research employs the case study method, conducting in-depth analyses of multiple practical cases of tiered curriculum design to examine the impact of this model on the cultivation of innovative literacy. The study finds that tiered curriculum design can fully consider individual differences among students, achieve personalized education and teaching, and is conducive to the cultivation of innovation ability. Meanwhile, the project practice component in curriculum design can enhance students' teamwork and practical abilities, playing a positive role in promoting the cultivation of their innovative literacy. Therefore, the "personalized customization" model not only contributes to creating a fairer educational environment but also facilitates the comprehensive development of innovative literacy among primary and secondary school students. The research findings presented in this paper offer new theoretical and practical references for studies on teaching models for cultivating innovative literacy in primary and secondary schools.
