摘 要:
随着社会的进步和教育的改革,学校创新成为了教学发展的必备元素。校长作为学校的领导者,他们的领导力对制定和推动学校创新文化的形成起着关键作用。本研究旨在探讨校长领导力对学校创新文化影响的机制。通过利用定量和定性研究方法,如问卷调查与访谈,获取并分析了来自不同年级和职称的教师感知校长领导力和学校创新文化的数据。研究结果显示,校长领导力对学校创新文化有显著正向影响,具体表现在鼓励创新思维、促进教师专业成长、推动教学改革、建立开放氛围等方面。尤其是当他们追求平价领导、民主决策和人本理念时,这种影响更为显著。校长领导力的提升也是推动学校创新文化形成的重要途径。本研究的结果可以为学校领导力的发展和创新文化的建设提供参考意见。

Abstract:
With social progress and educational reform, school innovation has become an essential element in teaching development. As the leaders of schools, principals' leadership plays a pivotal role in formulating and promoting the formation of a school innovation culture. This study aims to explore the mechanism through which principal leadership influences school innovation culture. By utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methods, such as questionnaires and interviews, data on teachers' perceptions of principal leadership and school innovation culture from different grades and professional titles were collected and analyzed. The research findings reveal that principal leadership has a significant positive impact on school innovation culture, specifically manifested in encouraging innovative thinking, promoting teachers' professional growth, advancing teaching reforms, and establishing an open atmosphere. This impact is particularly pronounced when principals pursue egalitarian leadership, democratic decision-making, and a people-oriented philosophy. Enhancing principal leadership is also an important avenue for fostering the formation of a school innovation culture. The results of this study can provide reference suggestions for the development of school leadership and the construction of an innovation culture.
