劳动教育融入学科实践的创新模式探索——以“中医药文化进校园”为例

摘 要:
本研究以“中医药文化进校园”实践活动为例,探讨了劳动教育融入学科实践的创新模式。首先,研究区分了劳动教育和纯理论学科教育的本质区别,强调了劳动教育在唤醒学生实践能力、培养创新精神、营造积极学习氛围等方面的重要作用。然后,以“中医药文化进校园”活动为例,详细揭示了劳动教育与学科内容相结合的具体实施流程和方法,包括实践环节的设计、活动过程的引导、学科知识的融入、成果的反馈与总结等。最后,研究者以实证研究的方法,通过问卷调查和深度访谈,对该模式的效果进行评价,并发现该模式在提升学生学科知识理解程度、激发学习兴趣、培养创新思维和实践能力、增强团队协作意识等方面取得了显著效果。这为推广劳动教育融入学科实践的模式提供了重要的理论依据和实践经验。

Abstract:
This study takes the practical activity of "Introducing Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture into Campus" as an example to explore innovative models for integrating labor education into disciplinary practice. Firstly, the research distinguishes the essential differences between labor education and purely theoretical disciplinary education, emphasizing the vital role of labor education in awakening students' practical abilities, cultivating innovative spirits, and creating a positive learning atmosphere. Then, using the "Introducing Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture into Campus" activity as a case, it elaborates on the specific implementation processes and methods of combining labor education with disciplinary content, including the design of practical links, guidance during the activity, integration of disciplinary knowledge, feedback and summarization of outcomes, etc. Finally, through empirical research methods such as questionnaires and in-depth interviews, the researcher evaluates the effectiveness of this model and finds that it has achieved remarkable results in enhancing students' understanding of disciplinary knowledge, stimulating learning interests, fostering innovative thinking and practical abilities, and strengthening teamwork awareness. This provides important theoretical foundations and practical experiences for promoting the model of integrating labor education into disciplinary practice.
