摘 要:
在新时代教育改革背景下,全面推进德智体美劳“五育融合”成为区域教育发展的关键目标。本文以青岛市市北区为例,探讨“五育融合”视角下的区域教育创新实践。研究通过文献分析、实地调研和案例研究相结合的方法,对市北区的教育政策、学校实践和社会参与等方面进行系统梳理和评估。结果显示,市北区依托区域资源优势,提出了科学的“五育融合”教育模式,将德育与实践活动、智育与创新课程、体育与健康素养、美育与艺术教育、劳动与创造能力深度结合,在课程设置、教学方式和教育评价体系方面取得了显著成果。同时,政府积极引导、学校主动实践、社会多方参与的协同模式,有效推动了教育资源整合与教育质量提升。该区域案例表明,“五育融合”创新实践能促进学生全面发展,推动教育公平和区域教育优质化建设。研究为其他区域借鉴“五育融合”实践路径提供了重要参考,并对未来中国特色教育现代化发展提出了实践建议和理论支撑。

Abstract:
In the context of educational reform in the new era, comprehensively promoting the "integration of five educations" (moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education) has become a key objective for regional education development. Taking Shibei District, Qingdao as an example, this paper explores regional education innovation practices from the perspective of the integration of five educations. By employing a combined approach of literature analysis, field investigations, and case studies, the study systematically reviews and evaluates various aspects of Shibei District's education, including policies, school practices, and social participation. The results reveal that Shibei District, leveraging its regional resource advantages, has proposed a scientific educational model for the integration of five educations. This model deeply integrates moral education with practical activities, intellectual education with innovative courses, physical education with health literacy, aesthetic education with arts education, and labor education with creative abilities, achieving remarkable outcomes in curriculum design, teaching methods, and educational evaluation systems. Meanwhile, a collaborative model featuring active government guidance, proactive school practices, and multi-party social participation has effectively facilitated the integration of educational resources and the enhancement of educational quality. The case of this region demonstrates that innovative practices in the integration of five educations can promote students' all-round development and advance educational equity and the construction of high-quality regional education. This study provides crucial references for other regions to draw on the practice pathways of the integration of five educations, and offers practical suggestions and theoretical support for the future development of education modernization with Chinese characteristics.
