教育评价改革背景下学生创新素养的多元化测评体系构建

摘 要:
当前,中国的教育评价体系正处于一场深刻的改革中,这个改革的重点是引导学生形成创新思维和培养其创新素养。文章首先分析了教育评价改革的背景,以及传统的教育评价方式对学生创新素养的限制。然后,提出了一个新的多元化测评体系,包含自我评价、同伴评价、教师评价、社会评价等多个评价主体,以及知识技能、情感态度、实践能力等复合的评价内容,并在此基础上提出有效的评价方法和具体操作策略。通过测评体系的实践,表明该体系能更全面、具体地评价学生的创新素养,有助于促进教育实践的改变,更好地促进学生的全面发展。同时,本研究对于指导教育评价改革、推进学生创新素养的发展,具有积极的理论和实践意义。

Abstract:
Currently, China's education evaluation system is undergoing a profound reform, focusing on guiding students to develop innovative thinking and cultivate their innovative competence. The article first analyzes the background of education evaluation reform and the limitations of traditional education evaluation methods on students' innovative competence. It then proposes a new diverse evaluation system that includes multiple evaluation subjects such as self-evaluation, peer evaluation, teacher evaluation, and social evaluation, as well as composite evaluation content that encompasses knowledge and skills, emotional attitudes, and practical abilities, along with effective evaluation methods and specific operational strategies. The practice of this evaluation system demonstrates that it can more comprehensively and specifically assess students' innovative competence, contribute to changes in educational practices, and better promote students' overall development. Meanwhile, this research holds positive theoretical and practical significance for guiding education evaluation reform and advancing the development of students' innovative competence.
