本文探讨基于AI的教育大数据驱动的决策支持系统的设计与实现。研究聚焦于如何利用人工智能技术提升教育决策的科学性与效率,分析了教育大数据的处理方法、机器学习模型的应用及系统设计的关键技术。通过实证研究验证了该系统在实际教学场景中的有效性,并对比了传统决策方式的不足。研究结果表明,该系统能够显著提高决策的准确性与响应速度,但也面临数据隐私与算法透明性等挑战。研究为教育管理的智能化提供了实践参考,推动了AI与大数据技术在教育领域的深度融合。

Abstract:
This paper explores the design and implementation of a decision support system driven by educational big data based on AI. The study focuses on how to use artificial intelligence technology to enhance the scientific nature and efficiency of educational decision-making, analyzing the processing methods of educational big data, the application of machine learning models, and the key technologies in system design. The effectiveness of the system in practical teaching scenarios is verified through empirical research, and the shortcomings of traditional decision-making methods are compared. The research results show that the system can significantly improve the accuracy and response speed of decisions, but it also faces challenges such as data privacy and algorithmic transparency. The study provides a practical reference for the intelligence of educational management and promotes the deep integration of AI and big data technologies in the field of education.
