摘 要:
在大模型技术快速普及与混合办公常态化的双重驱动下,AI 办公工具正从文本生成、信息咨询等辅助功能,向任务自动化、桌面操作执行等深度应用升级。传统对话式 AI 普遍存在 “能给出建议却无法落地执行” 的短板,企业级 RPA 与智能办公系统又存在部署复杂、成本偏高、适配性不足等问题,难以满足普通职场用户轻量化、安全化、高效率的办公需求。WorkBuddy 作为一款面向全场景职场的 AI 桌面智能体工具,以自然语言交互为入口,实现了本地文件操作、多步骤任务拆解、自动化执行与远程协同办公的完整闭环。本文从 AI 办公应用背景出发,对 WorkBuddy 的产品定位、核心功能、技术架构进行系统性梳理,结合真实办公场景给出详细实操流程与应用案例,客观分析其应用价值、优势与现存不足,并对未来 AI 桌面智能体的发展方向进行展望。全文以应用科普与实践研究为核心,突出实用性与逻辑性,为同类 AI 办公工具的研究、推广与使用提供参考。

Abstract:
Driven by the rapid popularization of large model technologies and the normalization of hybrid work, AI office tools are evolving from auxiliary functions such as text generation and information inquiry to in-depth applications including task automation and desktop operation execution. Traditional conversational AI systems are often limited to providing suggestions rather than carrying out concrete actions. Meanwhile, enterprise-grade RPA and intelligent office platforms feature complicated deployment, high costs, and insufficient compatibility, which fail to meet the lightweight, secure, and efficient office demands of regular workplace users. As an all-scenario AI desktop agent for workplace users, WorkBuddy uses natural language interaction as its entry point to support a complete workflow covering local file manipulation, multi-step task decomposition, automated execution, and remote collaborative work. Starting from the background of AI office applications, this paper systematically reviews the product positioning, core functions, and technical architecture of WorkBuddy. It provides detailed operating procedures and application cases in real office scenarios, objectively analyzes its application value, strengths, and current limitations, and discusses the future development trend of AI desktop agents. Focusing on application popularization and practical research, this paper emphasizes practicality and logic, so as to provide a reference for the research, promotion, and use of similar AI office tools.
