Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Zhengan Xifeng decoction in the treatment of hypertension and analyze its potential adverse reactions. Methods: select 3 months in March 2022-2023 of 60 cases of patients with high blood pressure as the research object, USES the blind choose way is divided into two groups, control group accepted valsartan amlodipine therapy, observation group was treated with town liver soup out wind, contrast the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results: The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower, compared with the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusions: ZHG XF decoction can significantly improve blood pressure control and symptom relief with a low incidence of adverse reactions, showing good safety and tolerance. Therefore, it can be used as an effective auxiliary method for the treatment of hypertension and has the value of popularization and application in clinical practice.
