Objective: To explore the effect of perioperative clinical nursing pathway on prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in patients with hip fracture. Methods: to study the clinic in March 2022 to March 2023, 66 cases of patients with hip fracture, grouped into control group and the team all 33 cases, application of conventional care and perioperative clinical nursing pathway, and the quality of life scores, the scores of SDS and SAS scores and complications were compared. Results: The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The SDS score and SAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the complications, the complications of the study group were reduced, and the ratio was P<0.05. Conclusion Hip fracture included in the perioperative clinical nursing pathway can prevent deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities and improve the quality of life of patients.
