摘 要：
本文采用文献学分析方法，深入研究宋代医籍对于疫病防治策略的记录并对其进行现代诠释。宋代是我国古代医学发展的重要时期，许多重要的医籍都诞生于此时，其中对于疫病防治的策略有丰富的记载。研究发现，宋代医籍中的疫病防治策略主要包括四个方面：调整饮食习惯，注重饮食营养与卫生；倡导积极的生活方式，以增强体质和免疫力；采用中草药等天然物质进行治疗和养生，顺应自然的生命规则，尽量避免和疫病接触；遵循“内病外治，外病内治”的治疗理念，防疫尚于未病之前。其中，更有着与现代医学契合的疫病防治思想，如强调免疫力的重要性，主张合理饮食，并重视环境卫生等。这些疫病防治策略不仅为我们提供了宝贵的医学遗产，更是积积极防治疫病的重要思想资源。通过现代的阐释，更能让我们理解和学习宋代人民对于疫病的防治策略，为今天的疫病防治提供历史经验和借鉴。

Abstract:
This paper employs philological analysis methods to conduct in-depth research on the records of epidemic prevention and control strategies in medical books of the Song Dynasty and provides a modern interpretation. The Song Dynasty was a significant period in the development of ancient Chinese medicine, during which many important medical works were produced, with rich records of epidemic prevention and control strategies. The study finds that the epidemic prevention and control strategies in Song Dynasty medical books mainly encompass four aspects: adjusting dietary habits and emphasizing dietary nutrition and hygiene; advocating an active lifestyle to enhance physical fitness and immunity; using natural substances such as Chinese herbal medicines for treatment and health preservation, conforming to the natural laws of life, and striving to avoid contact with epidemics as much as possible; and adhering to the treatment concept of "treating internal diseases externally and external diseases internally," with a focus on prevention before the onset of epidemics. Among these strategies, there are epidemic prevention and control ideas that align with modern medicine, such as emphasizing the importance of immunity, advocating a reasonable diet, and attaching importance to environmental hygiene. These epidemic prevention and control strategies not only provide us with a valuable medical heritage but also serve as important ideological resources for actively preventing and controlling epidemics. Through modern interpretation, we can better understand and learn from the epidemic prevention and control strategies of the people in the Song Dynasty, offering historical experience and references for today's epidemic prevention and control efforts.
