中药作为我国传统知识的重要组成部分，其保护问题日益受到关注。本研究以中药传统知识保护为主题，采用国际比较研究的方法，对全球范围内的中药传统知识保护现状和策略进行了深入探讨。首先，我们梳理了中药传统知识的定义和特性，以及其在现代医药中的应用价值。其次，我们对比分析了不同国家和地区在中药传统知识保护方面的法律法规和实践情况，揭示了各国在中药传统知识保护上的差异和共性。然后，我们探讨了中药传统知识保护面临的主要挑战，如知识产权保护的困难、生物资源的过度开发等。最后，我们提出了针对中药传统知识保护的策略建议，包括加强立法保护、推动国际合作、提高公众认识等。本研究旨在为我国中药传统知识的保护提供参考和启示，以期在尊重和保护传统知识的同时，推动中药的现代化和国际化进程。

Abstract:
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), as a vital component of China's traditional knowledge, has garnered increasing attention regarding its protection. This study focuses on the protection of traditional knowledge of TCM and adopts an international comparative research approach to conduct an in-depth exploration of the current status and strategies for its protection worldwide. Firstly, we clarify the definition and characteristics of traditional knowledge of TCM, as well as its application value in modern medicine. Secondly, we conduct a comparative analysis of the laws, regulations, and practical situations in different countries and regions concerning the protection of traditional knowledge of TCM, revealing both the differences and commonalities among them. Then, we discuss the major challenges faced in the protection of traditional knowledge of TCM, such as difficulties in intellectual property protection and over-exploitation of biological resources. Finally, we propose strategic recommendations for the protection of traditional knowledge of TCM, including strengthening legislative protection, promoting international cooperation, and raising public awareness. This study aims to provide references and insights for the protection of China's traditional knowledge of TCM, with the goal of advancing the modernization and internationalization of TCM while respecting and preserving traditional knowledge.
