摘 要:
随着我国经济的飞速发展,铁路运输作为主要的物流方式,在碳排放中占有重要的份额。针对我国铁路运输网络的碳排放问题,通过建立空间分析模型,本研究详细探讨了碳排放的时空分布特征。研究发现,我国铁路运输网络的碳排放主要集中在东部地区,与我国经济活动高度集中的地区相吻合,且在夏冬季高峰期碳排放量明显增加。针对这一现状,研究提出了有效的减排策略,包括增强铁路运输效率,利用更为环保的替代能源,推广高效低碳的铁路运输模式等。针对碳排放的差距问题,提出区域间的碳排放权交易方式,以调整区域碳排放分布顺序,实现我国铁路运输行业的碳降排目标。研究结果对于我国铁路运输行业的碳排放控制具有重要的理论和实际意义。

Abstract:
With the rapid economic development of China, railway transport, as a primary mode of logistics, accounts for a significant share of carbon emissions. Addressing the carbon emission issues within China's railway transport networks, this study employs a spatial analysis model to explore in detail the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of carbon emissions. The findings reveal that carbon emissions from China's railway transport networks are predominantly concentrated in the eastern regions, aligning with areas of high economic activity concentration. Moreover, carbon emissions notably increase during peak periods in summer and winter. In response to this situation, the study proposes effective emission reduction strategies, including enhancing railway transport efficiency, utilizing more environmentally friendly alternative energy sources, and promoting efficient and low-carbon railway transport modes. To address the disparity in carbon emissions, a regional carbon emissions trading mechanism is proposed to adjust the order of regional carbon emission distributions and achieve carbon reduction targets in China's railway transport sector. The research results hold significant theoretical and practical implications for carbon emission control within China's railway transport industry.
